Don Rice
President
Don retired as a Texas Department of Public Safety State Trooper in 1987 after 25 years of service. Don began acquiring Right of Way for All American Pipeline in 1991. Together with his brother Victor, Don founded Rice Inspection, Inc. in Jan 1997.

Vice President
Victor retired from NRCS in Jan 1997 as a NRCS supervisory survey technician / inspector. Together with Don, Victor founded Rice Inspection, Inc. in Jan 1997.

Trenton Rice
Secretary
Trenton worked in various construction and management roles before joining Rice Inspection Inc. in 1998, as the third partner.
